This virtual or in-person workshop/training includes the EveryDiSC assessment for your organization. In addition, this workshop will help you gain a new viewpoint on creating realistic goals for your start-up business and team. I will guide you through a step-by-step process focusing on building resilience, leveraging strengths, setting goals, and creating action plans to achieve those objectives. We will design an engaged and high-performing work culture plan by formulating strategic methods to improve communication and motivation through positive solutions; it allows the individual, company, and leader to identify weaknesses and strengths that can be used to advise decisions and guide improvement actions. Cancellation Policy

Disrupt The Impossible reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled session, training, and classes due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. If a session, class, or training is rescheduled or canceled, participants will be given notice by Disrupt The Impossible at least two business days before the start of class. Clients may then enroll in the next available course or training. Our staff will call coaching clients individually to reschedule sessions. 24-hour notice is required when canceling an Individual or Business Coaching session. Clients must give 24 hours notice to cancel coaching, training, or class sessions; if you do not cancel, you will be charged 50% of the amount for that scheduled session.
